Queen Camilla reportedly “dropped everything” and rushed to Highgrove House to attend Prince Harry’s reunion with King Charles, without telling anyone, sources have claimed. The private meeting between father and son, as well as the Sussex family as a whole, with the Queen took place last Friday in Gloucestershire.
Buckingham Palace only confirmed the meeting had taken place after the family had left Highgrove and declined to release further details. However, a new Vanity Fair report has cited sources “close to the Sussexes” who have provided fresh insight into what went on behind the scenes of the highly anticipated meeting. They claimed that the King only told Camilla about the meeting and no one else, not even the Prince and Princess of Wales.

Camilla, who was nearby at her Ray Mill House estate, reportedly drove over to Highgrove for the meeting in “quite a hurry.”
A source told the outlet: “Charles wanted Camilla to be there for moral support and because she has been a pillar of strength for him throughout all the drama with Harry, and she dropped everything.
“She told no one, not even her family. She just got in the car and headed over.
“They were all on a mission to keep the meeting as watertight as possible.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have not said anything about the meeting.
Harry carried on his engagements throughout last weekend, before he left Britain to return home.
