In full public view, two teenage Afghan asylum seekers dragged a terrified 15-year-old girl away from her friends to a secluded spot when they brutally raped her and then forced her onto her knees to perform oral sex. If these horrifying details offend – then I’m sorry. Well, actually I’m not because the fact is an innocent child whose life has been ruined – probably forever – had to live through this hell so we must stomach hearing about it. And then we must find a way to stop what is happening to our women and our girls at the hands of migrants.
In court, the lawyers for these 17-year-old scumbags, Israr Niazal and Jan Jahanzeb, who have been sentenced to nine and ten years respectively for rape (nowhere near enough as they’ll be out in four) begged the judge not to reveal their names for fear it would cause “widespread disorder”.
Which tells you everything you need to know about lawyers who defend foreign rapists and sex offenders. They’re really not getting what the problem is here. It’s got beggar all to do with public disorder and everything to do with a 15-year-old being raped by two Afghan teenagers who came here illegally and are living at the taxpayers’ expense.
They shouldn’t ever have even been in Britain and, if we had a government that was even vaguely interested in stopping the wholesale invasion of our country by hordes of young men who have no respect for our women or our culture, this schoolgirl would never have been raped. This once happy, carefree teenager wouldn’t now be living cowed and in terror. She wouldn’t be consumed with anxiety to the point where it makes her physically sick.
Before this attack she was a virgin. As she said in court, this was her first sexual experience and how the hell is she ever going to get over it? How will she ever understand that all sex isn’t about brutality and force and fear? And instead of looking forward to a bright future she’s now looking down the barrel of a life forever tainted by these Afghan monsters.
The mother of this poor girl said in a court statement: “Something broke in us all that day.” And I believe it did. Because while her devastated daughter is undoubtedly the biggest victim here – her broken parents are victims too. They’re plagued by the guilt that they weren’t able to protect their little girl from this vile attack. And their guilt is also tinged with rage and helplessness.
These Afghan lads had tried three times to break into this country illegally on small boats. On the fourth time they were successful. And what did they do in the country that put them in taxpayer-funded accommodation, which fed and clothed them? They went out and brutally raped an innocent schoolgirl.
Parents all over Britain must be terrified that what’s happened to this young girl will happen to their daughter too. And they see how the courts here care more about the perpetrators of these vile crimes than they do about their victims.
Thank God for Judge Sylvia de Bertodano who lifted reporting restrictions on these rapists and insisted they be named. Because many judges refuse to do that. So how many more girls and women have been raped by illegal immigrants whose names we will never know because perverse judges think they should be protected?
Why should we give a damn about their protection? The only people we need to care about are their innocent victims. And I’m sick of mealy-mouthed liberals saying it isn’t just immigrants who rape. No, it isn’t. But why should we be importing more from countries and cultures who see women as meat to be used and abused at will?
I’m sorry but all foreign criminals should be deported – especially rapists, paedophiles and sex abusers. Britain has a duty to keep its own people safe, especially its women, and this Government isn’t doing that.
Which is why it’s unbelievable that Joshua Radcliffe, the barrister for Israr Niazal, had the brassneck to suggest in court that maybe, when he’d done his time, Niazal “might be able to make a life for himself in this country”.
Whaaaaat? This monster doesn’t deserve to make a life here – not since he wrecked the life of an innocent schoolgirl. However, the law says that because he pleaded guilty the day before his 17th birthday (and who advised him to do that then?) he can’t automatically be deported when he’s served his sentence.
We’re told his accomplice Jahanzeb will be deported but I’ll believe that when I see it. What’s the betting some slimy human rights lawyer will make a case that he can’t go back to Afghanistan because he’ll be hurt. Who the hell cares if he gets hurt? He brought it on himself. Why should he be our problem?
And just to show how much time and effort we spend on the rapists and the perverts, these teenagers had two interpreters in court and two social workers. How much does all that cost because it’s British taxpayers footing the bill?
Judge de Bertodano told Jahanzeb and Niazal: “What you two did on that evening changed her life forever. No child should have to suffer the ordeal that she suffered.”
But we know they will. The question is how many more rapes, how many more sexual assaults will it take until this Government does something to stop our women and girls being thrown to the wolves?
Decades ago, we stood by and did nothing while white girls were systematically raped and abused by Pakistani rape gangs. So, are we going to stand by and do nothing while asylum seekers from alien cultures keep raping and abusing women here because where they come from its “normal?” Because from where I’m sitting it looks like that’s exactly what’s happening.
